Devolución de importes:
Por cualquier causa que el patrón/capitán estime. Por mal tiempo, siempre que la excursión se suspenda y no se realice. Si el capitán la suspende una vez iniciada se puede reembolsar hasta un %, nunca debido a mareos u otras causas. Se deberá embarcar y desembarcar en el mismo puerto salvo pacto previo.
No se devolverá ninún importe si Ud decide cambiar de fecha, hora, anular, en las últimas 72 horas y no hubiera plazas o salida para el día elegido o propuesto, si llega tarde punto de encuentro o si Ud decide no embarcar por cualquier causa.

Proteccion de datos:
Los datos personales recopilados serán utilizados con el único fin de prestar el servicio de transporte marítimo contratado. Así mismo se pueden requerir identificación para la lista de tripulación antes o durante el embarque. El justificante de pago será equivalente a su tiket electrónico o contrato "short agreement".

Refund Policy
A refund may be issued for any reason the captain deems appropriate. In the case of bad weather, a full refund is issued provided the trip is cancelled and does not take place. If the captain cancels the trip after it has begun, a partial refund may be issued. No refund will be given for seasickness or other personal reasons. Boarding and disembarking must take place at the same port unless otherwise agreed in advance.
No refund will be issued if you choose to change your date or time, cancel within 72 hours of departure, if no availability exists for your chosen date, if you arrive late to the meeting point, or if you decide not to board for any reason.
If your booking was made through a partner, please check the terms and conditions of your OTA.
Data Protection
Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing the maritime transport service. Identification may also be required for the passenger list before or during boarding. Your payment receipt serves as your electronic ticket.

Are there stops for swimming?
Yes, we stop and allow free time for swimming, snorkelling or playing with the SUP boards.
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring whatever you need. Red wine is not recommended on board.
Toys on board?
Two paddle Sup, some snorkeling mask, toilet on board (to access dry not wet, for savety). |
